- Four coverage options: 1 times, 2 times, 4 times and 8 times eligible pay (base pay plus target short-term incentive), rounded to the next $1,000.
- Maximum coverage amount of $2,000,000
- Evidence of insurability is not required
- Employee paid (post tax)
Spouse AD&D Insurance
Features of this plan include:
- Coverage is equal to 50% of the employee coverage up to a maximum of $750,000
- Must be enrolled in Supplemental Employee AD&D Insurance
- Evidence of insurability is not required

Child(ren) AD&D Insurance
Features of this plan include:
- Coverage is equal to 25% of the employee coverage up to a maximum of $100,000
- Must be enrolled in Supplemental Employee AD&D Insurance
