- Group Legal Plan: When enrolling in the Group Legal plan you have unlimited telephone advice and office consultations on personal legal matters with a plan attorney of your choice. Here are a few items that are available for Full representation: Living Wills, Power of Attorney, Trusts, Codicils, Debt Collection Defense, Personal Bankruptcy, Legal Document Preparation, Juvenile Defense and Document Review. Each fall, you will have the opportunity to enroll, change or cancel your Group Legal Plan coverage. This is the annual enrollment period. How to Enroll in MetLife Administered Benefits
- You must register to use the MyBenefits site-click on Register Now and fill in the information to set up your User Name and Password. You will need your Employee ID number which can be found in your Microsoft Outlook address book. Open your address book and type in your name, then "right click" on your name, and click on "properties." Your Employee ID is highlighted in the "Corporate ID" box.
- If you have already registered, but have forgotten your User Name and/or Password, click on "Forgot your User Name or Password?" and then click on the information that you need, either "I have forgotten my User Name" or "I have forgotten my Password."
- If you have forgotten both your User Name and your Password, click on "I have forgotten my User Name." After you answer some security questions, you will then be given your User Name. At that time, you can then re-set your Password.
