If you are enrolled in the United Healthcare CDHP Medical Plan or the CDHP Medicare Supplemental Plan, your prescription drug coverage is provided through Medco as part of your medical plan. Coverage is 80%, after deductible. Contact United Healthcare regarding retail prescription drug coverage or Medco directly for prescription through Mail Order.

If you are enrolled in the PPO, Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage medical plan, your prescription drug coverage is provided through Express Scripts. Features of this plan include:

• Retail (up to 30 day supply):  generic $7 copay, formulary brand you pay 30% ($35 min - $60 max), non-formulary brand you pay 45% ($50 min - $100 max)



• Retail - Maintenance Drugs after 2 fills (up to 30 day supply):  generic $20 copay, formulary brand you pay 35% ($65 min - $90 max), non-formulary brand you pay 45% ($140 min - $175 max)



• Mail Order (up to 90 days supply):  generic $15 copay, formulary brand $80 copay, non-formulary brand $140 copay



• Curascripts (Specialty Drugs) Mail Order (up to 30 day supply):  generic $15 copay, formulary brand $65 copay, non-formulary brand $125 copay
