New Hire - Required I-9 Information

Welcome to CenturyLink!

No later than Day 1 of your first day of employment you will need to complete Section 1 of the I-9 form at https://www.formi9.com/formi9verify/integration/centurylink/centurylinksectionone.aspx. You can do this today.

On your first day of employment you will need to meet with a CenturyLink I-9 coordinator at a CenturyLink building to complete Section 2 of the federally required I-9 form. Be sure and bring the original documents you used to complete Section 1 of your I-9 with you on your first day.

To locate your building coordinator use the CenturyLink New Hire 1-9 Coordinator Matrix. Search by state, city, building address. If your work location is not listed on the matrix, please locate the building that is within reasonable distance to your new work location.
